SB approached Nyros for a solution to better organize their Administration activities as well as Customers database. Nyros team had a brainstorming session with the SB clients to refine a product backlog.

The Real Estate Management System (REM) is a web app and a great handy solution for the SB employees. REM works with multi-level user permissions based on job roles, the employee is engaged for. REM keeps track of Customers information right from Enquiry stage to Site Sale transaction and automatically notifies the customers about the payment receipt through its Auto SMS feature. Management & Administration keeps a store of all the Land for Sale Details, Statuses, and other Vital Information. REM helps Management to better analyze their employees and organization performance as a whole. The introduction of this new system into SB Ventures operations increased its productivity speed & costs.
